THREE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

01 - Advisory

Event Consulting

Planning in the U.S. or Mexico? I pair U.S. client expectations with on-the-ground market knowledge — bridging communication, logistics, and production gaps with clear guidance and trusted resources, wherever the event lands.

From first-call strategy to full on-site execution — pick where you need the most hands.

02 - Hands On

Event Producer

Full support from concept to load-out. I work as an extension of your team — logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, venue relations, and run-of-show — so every moving part lines up while you focus on the bigger picture.

03 - Activation

Sponsorship Activation

I turn brand partnerships into experiences people remember — fabrication build-outs, timelines, and on-site management, so sponsor goals and messaging show up exactly as intended: intentional, impactful, on-brand.

— The Other Side of the Border

Hi, I’m Kait

Originally from Scranton, PA (go Birds), I made my way from NYC and Chicago to Mexico City, where I’d been producing music festivals since 2017.

Moving there in 2022 transformed both my work and my life – and revealed a clear need among international teams for trusted local expertise.

That insight became Kalavera: the bridge between bold ideas and Mexico City’s best production talent.

— Life of a Producer

Fluent in ops speak and client speak — IYKYK, they're not the same language.

I'm a freelance executive / senior producer working across experiential, music, sports, and brand partnerships. Music festivals were my training ground, which pulled me naturally into sponsorship activations for global festival properties — operations and logistics were always my way in.

My core strengths: fabrication, overall event production, and sponsorship activation execution. Looking ahead to 2026, I'm pointed at music and sports activations, with the World Cup taking center stage. View the portfolio →

— Producing in Mexico

Hosting an event here
isn't a first-timer's game.

Knowing the culture, the way things actually get done, and who to call when it's crunch time — that takes someone who's already connected the dots. Hi. That's me.

Culture Consulting

Producing in Mexico runs differently than the U.S. or anywhere else — different pace, different work culture, and language gaps that trip up even experienced clients. I prep you from day one of planning, translating local work styles against your own so everyone's rowing in the same direction.

Event Production

Mexico has plenty of talented local producers. I work as your trusted producer on the ground, representing your brand or agency — plugging in as an extension of your team through pre-production and on-site execution: run-of-show, credentialing, vendor sourcing, transparent quotes, and full logistics coordination. Strengths: operations, vendor relationships, sponsor management, and overall event management — seamless on your end because every detail is handled on mine.

Vendor Resources

Finding vendors you can trust in an unfamiliar city is one of the hardest parts of producing anywhere. I only work with teams that meet the standard I learned coming up in the U.S. industry — partners I've worked beside on-site, or ones vouched for by producers I trust. The roster keeps growing.
